The Group comprises of a Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, an Executive Lounge, 532 guest rooms, 12 meeting spaces and 3 restaurants, collectively totaling 1800m2. Located at the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal, it is the first accommodation, meeting and event space developed in this precinct.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a part-time Bartender to join our dynamic team at ibis & Pullman Hotel at Brisbane Airport.
Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the bar area to ensure memorable guest experiences Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks Cleaning and maintaining the bar area Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences What we are looking for Previous experience as a Bartender Passion for the hospitality industry Have a "can do" attitude and a friendly demeanor Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including late finishes, weekends and public holidays Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and products Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (mandatory) Well-groomed and professional in appearance What we can offer you Every Friday we say THANK YOU to all our staff by providing a chef made buffet lunch.
