Joining Brightwater as a Training Administrator within our Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will have strong customer service skills, supporting the team to provide an outstanding service to our employees and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training sessions and events, scheduling facilitators, presenters, and equipment as needed. You will use your keen eye for detail to provide regular reports to business leaders on compliance and completion rates, along with maintaining accurate training records in our Learning Management System (LMS).
This position is being recruited on a permanent, full-time basis at our state-of-the-art facility in Brightwater Central located in Inglewood.
