What's on offer: 1x Permanent Part Time: Working 2x days a week Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00 pm. 1x Permanent Full Time: Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Additionally, we have Casual Administration Assistant role for the north region (Kingsley, Madeley, and Oxford Gardens, Joondalup) and the central region (Onslow Gardens, Subiaco; Redcliffe; Inglewood; The Village, Inglewood; and Birralee, Innaloo).
As an Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You'll also provide critical administrative support to the Service Manager, ensuring a customer-centred approach in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Provide efficient administrative support, including accurate data entry and task prioritization. Build positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders. Free onsite parking for convenience. What You'll Bring to the Role: Previous administration experience and ability to accurately input data with high attention to detail. Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel. Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that build and develop teamwork and establish successful working relationships with stakeholders. Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements. Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage pressure, and meet deadlines effectively. A current National Police Certificate (issued within the last 12 months). A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check.
