Job Description Are you ready to make an impact in the world of recruitment? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in shaping our workforce. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Lead and Divisional TA Manager to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions that attract top-tier talent.
What You'll Do: Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build talent pools, and source both active and passive candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including creative job ads, application screening, stakeholder advice, interview coordination, and feedback delivery. Craft targeted, compelling advertisements that showcase our employment brand and appeal to the best candidates. Ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless and positive recruitment journey. Shortlist, recommend, and negotiate with key stakeholders to ensure the perfect match. Report on recruitment progress and outcomes to drive continuous improvement. You'll have the support of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Administrator and a wider team to help you succeed in this fast-paced, rewarding role.
Qualifications You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and have the drive to provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder advice and care. Also, you will have:
Proven experience in internal recruitment. Expertise in proactive sourcing techniques – you don't just rely on advertisements; you know how to uncover hidden talent and think creatively to attract the best candidates. A strategic mindset, always looking for innovative solutions to meet workforce needs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a personable and approachable style. Ability to juggle multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
