Criteria: Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent (required). Min of 3 years' post-graduate nursing experience. Hold current AHPRA registration. Have expertise in applying adult learning principles and skills in teaching and developing programs. Demonstrate exceptional skills in relationship building, teamwork, and interpersonal communication. Possess a strong understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience in achieving learning outcomes aligned with these standards.
