About The Role
As Operations & Customer Support Officer, you'll be responsible for the operational delivery and execution of partnership initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring the seamless integration and ongoing success of partnerships through effective coordination, process optimisation, and providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating internal teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of partnership agreements and initiatives. Proactively address and resolve any operational issues that arise in the management of partnerships. Meticulously maintain accurate records of partnership activities, agreements, and performance metrics. Provide regular operational reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Provide input into Brighte's partner projects as required, contributing to the development and enhancement of collaborative energy solutions. Engage and consult with customers to understand their energy needs and goals. Provide personalised advice on electrification and energy efficiency improvements and direct the customer to appropriate resources on energy efficient appliances, solar panels, heat pumps, and other relevant technologies. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their energy solutions inquiries and provide proactive support. About You
Start-up or scale-up experience is an ideal training ground. Bonus points for dabbling in climate tech, sustainability, renewables, energy efficiency, government, or community programs. You have demonstrable customer service experience and a genuine passion for providing top-tier customer service. You use strong judgement and logical thinking to obtain the best outcome for the customer and the business. You are able to juggle multiple tasks at once and manage competing business pressures and customer needs while remaining calm and collected. You bring a focus on continuous process improvement, coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Your communication skills are second-to-none and you have an interpersonal communication style. You have a genuine desire to understand the inner workings of all levels of the organisation and get at the core of what is going on in other teams' worlds. You are comfortable working autonomously and get on with it in times of ambiguity, shifting focus from one new thing to another, juggling lots all at once, but prioritising your day-to-day on your own - you work smart.
