About the Opportunity The Research Project Manager will independently coordinate and manage research projects that engage a team of researchers from the East Asian Bureau of Economic Research, as well as other university groups.
This role involves a focus on economic analysis and advancing EABER's research and public outreach activities in areas such as supply chain resilience, trade policy, and structural change in Asia.
Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate will possess relevant higher degree qualifications, demonstrate expertise in EABER's areas of specialisation—particularly economics—and have a proven track record in managing major research projects.
A strong track record in managing major research projects is essential, along with the ability to translate research findings into policy-relevant insights.
You will have experience in stakeholder engagement, including liaising with government, industry, and academic partners, and a proven ability to develop networks and build productive relationships in both policy and academic environments.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to prioritise competing tasks, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
