Salary package: $128,316-134,446 per annum plus 17% superannuation

This senior role will be suited to a resourceful and collaborative leader with experience in university publishing.
Position Overview
As the national University, ANU has a unique mandate to serve society through transformational research and education.
ANU Press is a flagship open-access university press that has published over 1,000 titles over its 20-year history.
It produces publications that support the dissemination of expert knowledge, especially scholarly research relating to Australia (and Australia's First Nations), the Pacific, and Asia.
The Manager is a key position that provides strategic and operational leadership to ANU Press, including guidance and support on publishing, promoting, and facilitating new initiatives.
Supervising a small, multi-skilled team, the Manager liaises with Editorial Boards, authors, and external partners to execute strategies.
The ANU Press is part of the ANU Research and Innovation portfolio and has an Advisory Committee.
About you
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and management to ANU Press.
You will have experience working in a university press, or in an adjacent area of publishing with transferable experience.
You will be a strong communicator, able to build networks and work effectively with a range of stakeholders to grow the public profile and reputation of the ANU Press.
