Salary package: $83,351- $90,926 per annum plus 17% superannuation

About the role
The Donor Relations Officer provides the welcoming first point of contact for donor enquiries and plays a pivotal role in managing the University's donor acknowledgement program.
The Donor Relations Officer provides proactive and responsive support, ensuring the delivery of donor relations and stewardship activities. In this role, you will manage donor enquiries by phone and email, support impactful events and experiences, and craft effective communications that strengthen and celebrate the relationships between the University and its supporters. This role thrives on collaboration with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including fundraisers, donors and benefactors, staff, students, and alumni.

The Donor Relations team implements strategic engagement programs with supporters to increase affinity and embed a culture of philanthropy (in its various forms) amongst donors, alumni, staff, students, and friends. This includes the planning and provision of communications, events, personalised engagement plans, and programs that strengthen the relationships between the University and the donor community.
