Aussie Kids Mermaid Waters is currently seeking an enthusiastic & experienced Service Manager to lead our team of wonderful educators.
The position is full time (Monday to Friday) and encompasses the following:
Facilitate the day to day management of the service operation, including but not limited to liaising with families, carers, educators and management Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community Delivering consistently high quality care and presentation to all work practises Preparation and control of classroom rolls and child bookings Preparation of employee rosters, ensuring adherence to ratio requirements Maintaining appropriate records to meet both regulatory requirements and company policies Procurement of goods in line with allocated budgets Ensuring the service is compliant with all State legislation and National Quality Standards Maintaining a high level of service presentation and performance Performance management of all team members, as and when required, to ensure high levels of care and education are achieved at all times To succeed in this role, you will possess:
Diploma in Children's Services (or higher) approved with ACECQA Current Blue Card, Senior First Aid and CPR certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Knowledge and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework Thorough knowledge of QikKids (preferred) and CCMS Ability to mentor and lead a team of educators Prior experience in managing an early learning service Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills We invite your expression of interest by submitting your CV and cover letter to: ****** or click 'APPLY NOW'.
