Full time Australia's strata leader, Bright & Duggan, has an opportunity for a Strata Assistant to join their dedicated team at Cambridge Management Services based in Hope Island Resort. Strata Assistants play a pivotal role within the business, assisting a Strata Manager manage resources across a portfolio of strata buildings, with the purpose of ensuring owners' corporations are complying with relevant legislation. The role is administratively intensive, and you will interact with customers and various stakeholders on the phone and face to face.
About the Role: Assist with overall administration management of a portfolio, including and not limited to obtaining quotes, writing and sending correspondence, attending meetings, contract management audits and communicating with all stakeholders. Preparation of Committee and Sub Committee meeting notices, minutes and other documentation. Liaising with various groups such as Strata Committee members, owners, real estate agents, solicitors, contractors and any other relevant body to assist with queries, requests and conflict resolution, to ensure relations are professionally maintained for every Owner's Corporation. Proactive service to clients based on accurate analysis of a wide range of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues. Availability and eagerness to attend meetings with your Strata Manager regularly. Deal within KPI time frames promptly with phone, email and any other written communications to maintain a high service of professionalism. Build and maintain business relationships with clients and suppliers through customer focus that will enhance the reputation of the organisation. This is an office-based position, administration intensive, high attention to detail role. You will work business hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm, however you may attend occasional after-hours meetings with the Strata Manager you support from time to time, mainly to acquire knowledge. About You: High energy with the ability to juggle competing priorities, with a proactive, "can do' attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel in particular) Ability to trouble shoot in a variety of situations before escalation. Preferred IT knowledge High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to demonstrate Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to demonstrate Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
