The BASO is required to provide administrative support to enhance the Brigade's viability and service to the community.This role involves:Coordinate daily administrative duties as required by the Brigade Management Teams to provide support to volunteers responsible for the delivery of services to the community.Provide support with general administrative requirements including word processing, records management, and accounting.Undertake duties in relation to recruitment and retention of volunteer members of the brigade as required by the Brigade Management Teams.Provide Brigade Management Teams with assistance in relation to correspondence, arranging activities, and meetings.This position does involve travel and after-hours work. Travel may be up to one hour from North Geelong.
