Bridgewood Homes are a locally owned and operated award-winning home building and land development company situated in Albury NSW. Our objective is to be renowned for superior quality, craftsmanship, and unbeatable value, while making the process of buying and building a home easy.
Who are we looking for? Working within a brand new display centre and backed by a class leading colour selections centre and land portfolio, we are seeking expressions of interest for a New Homes Sales Consultant with a customer-first mindset and a proven track record for sales. The successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, efficiently manage workloads, deadlines, and multiple priorities whilst delivering outstanding client-focused service.
This autonomous role is a full time position. Weekend work in the display home on a fortnightly basis will be required.
To apply for this position you must: Have experience working within the residential construction industry or the real estate industry in a sales environment with the ability to back this track record up. Drive sales and meet targets. Have a basic understanding of town planning, design and construction. Marketing knowledge to support your lead generation. Above all we are looking for the right attitude and a positive committed approach in order to fit in with our friendly team.
