The Benefits Competitive salary & career development within the global Bridgestone businessState-of-the-art office with free gym & end of journey amenities5 days extra leave every year after 2 years of employmentAn extra 5 days leave as a one-off at each 5-year employment milestoneHealth checks / free flu shotsProduct discounts on Bridgestone TyresAdditional benefits & staff discountsThe Role: Promote Bridgestone OTR tyres, iTrack & BMSA related products to existing & potential customersWork with colleagues to optimise OTR tyre selection & use of iTrack to satisfy customer requirementsConduct presentations or technical training on OTR tyres or iTrack for customers or BMSA personnelTroubleshoot technical & operational issues for customers & BMSA personnelIdentify new product & product improvement opportunities for OTR tyres or iTrackPlan, organise, conduct & summarise field trials of new & current products including tyres or iTrackAssist the Sales team to monitor & maintain tyre performance guarantees & product warrantiesDevelop & maintain a database to improve market intelligenceAssist sales personnel in forecasting, planning & strategy of tyre & iTrack salesWork with the iTrack technical support team across back-end support, rollouts & troubleshootingAbout You - Essential A minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical support or related fieldDemonstrated ability to analyze problems, think critically & provide effective solutionsKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs with advanced Excel skillsHigh level data analysis and manipulation skillsStrong commitment to safety of yourself & othersPatience & flexibility for frequent travelA valid driver's licenceCurrent work rights in AustraliaAbout You – Preferred Tertiary qualifications in engineering or similarAbility in computer programming & managing databasesExposure to OTR tyres or the mining industryJoin a global leader and take on your next professional challenge!
