Your Impact Are you an experienced Electrician with a passion for packaging systems and a knack for developing solutions?
Join us as our Brewing Technician  in Yatala , where you'll be an essential resource in enhancing the reliability and performance of our high-speed packaging lines.
Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of December 2025.
You will need to be available to work Day Shifts with the flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern when required.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical expert for all electrical and instrumentation systems within our packaging department.
Drive initiatives to increase equipment availability and reliability across all packaging lines.
Create and improve training programs for technicians and operators, with a focus on coaching and mentoring for long-term skills development.
Design and refine maintenance plans, including SOPs and Work Instructions, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
About You You are a motivated and driven individual with a strong willingness to learn and excel in a dynamic environment.
You also bring: Trade qualifications in Electrical Maintenance.
Proven experience with high-speed packaging lines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CMMS software with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to document training materials and effectively coach others.
Understanding of manufacturing strategies, safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
