About the role At Breville, we're passionate about empowering coffee enthusiasts to deliver exceptional experiences. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Specialty Coffee Account Manager to lead the development and growth of our Specialty Coffee channel across Australia. Utilising your account management expertise and in-depth coffee industry knowledge, you'll champion the expansion of this channel while positioning Breville, Baratza, and LELIT as the go-to brands for Specialty Coffee.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth in the Specialty Coffee space. Foster and further develop existing accounts, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships. Identify and onboard new accounts to grow sales and expand the Specialty Coffee channel across all key states. Ensure Breville, Baratza, and LELIT are top-of-mind in this market, ultimately dominating the channel. Balance the needs of Specialty Coffee accounts with the goals of the Premium Mass channel to create synergy. Build a product mix that supports the success of Specialty Coffee without disrupting broader business objectives. We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have: Extensive experience in Specialty Coffee and business planning. Proven account management skills with a track record of success in building and maintaining partnerships. Established industry contacts in the Specialty Coffee market. Strong commercial and financial acumen to drive strategic decisions. A proactive approach with critical thinking, decisiveness, and humility. Key Attributes: Be a team player and strong communicator. Collaboration with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Actively contribute to building a strong, customer-focused Specialty Coffee community. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the channel. Consistently deliver on deadlines and ensure clear, effective communication at all levels.
