The Job We're on the lookout for a Breakfast Chef who's eager to join a vibrant team and contribute to the busy breakfast service.
This casual role involves early starts with availability required across Monday to Sunday.
There's also the potential for part-time or full-time hours for the right candidate.
Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving exceptional breakfast dishes with a modern twist.
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and service times exceed guest expectations.
Taking ownership of your station and assisting in overseeing multiple kitchen operations.
Report directly to the Head Chef and support the team with day-to-day kitchen tasks.
Maintaining allergy awareness controls and adhering to food safety and health standards.
Monitoring food costs, portion control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
About You We're looking for a skilled, hands-on chef who brings energy, innovation, and a team-player mindset to the kitchen.

To thrive in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
A trade qualification (preferred).
Experience in a high-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
A passion for great food, exceptional service, and creativity in plating.
Sound knowledge of modern breakfast trends and techniques.
The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
