We're looking for a  Branded Content Team Lead  to drive innovation, inspire creativity, and lead the charge in developing integrated content campaigns that are best in market.
About The Role: As the  Branded Content Team Lead , you'll oversee a talented team of Branded Content Specialists, working collaboratively to commercialise broadcast and digital content.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping our product suite, refining workflows, and building market-leading concepts that achieve both revenue growth and enhanced ratings.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the Branded Content Specialists, fostering an inspirational and supportive work environment.
Developing integrated campaign ideas that captivate audiences and meet market demands.
Building innovative product offerings in collaboration with internal teams to enhance market share and ratings.
Acting as a gatekeeper for quality, ensuring campaign responses are creative, strategic, and impactful.
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain trust and drive strategic growth.
Representing ARN in market, building strong relationships with key clients and partners.
About You: You're a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and empathetic leader with a deep understanding of media and integrated campaigns.
Here's what we're looking for:   Proven leadership experience (minimum 12 months) with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
At least 3 years of media experience with expertise in cross-platform integrated campaigns.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A high level of market awareness, with the ability to develop opportunities that exceed client expectations.
Strong project planning and time management capabilities to meet tight deadlines.
