Job Description Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. We're seeking a Brand Program Manager (2-month contract) to oversee brand requests and project briefs through the creative and production workflows.
In this role, you'll manage timelines, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, set clear expectations with internal clients, and act as the central point of connection between our creative, brand, production, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
You're highly organized, process-driven, and an excellent communicator, with a strong focus on effective problem-solving and driving efficiency.
This contract is set to begin in February 2025 and will run for 2 months. What you'll do Lead key projects from brief to creative delivery, including:Branding and toolkit projects, managing them through production and final creative delivery.Experiential brand development projects, guiding them from concept to completion.Be a tactical operator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for project management, creative development, and client relations.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline processes and systems, supporting a fast-growing, global team.Support the Brand Studio Lead Project Manager by intake of weekly project requests and managing ongoing project timelines and deliverables.Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure the highest standard of creative quality, production, and delivery.Work alongside the Operations Lead, Marketing, and Creative Leads to prioritize projects and develop efficient resourcing strategies.Facilitate regular cross-functional communications and foster strong relationships with key partners across teams.You're probably a match if You have experience working in Creative/Branding Agencies or Marketing organizations.You've successfully managed a variety of projects, developing timelines, resourcing teams, and setting and tracking priorities.You've led projects like branding and identity development, experiential initiatives, in-product projects, and broader marketing campaigns.You're comfortable using Project Management and Creative Resourcing tools like Monday, Jira, Asana/Trello, and Slack.You've thrived in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments and can manage cross-functional teams with ease.You have strong organizational and people skills, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask.You're self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to keep things moving forward in a rapidly changing environment.To apply Please complete our application form and include links to your portfolio and any social media accounts you've managed or contributed to.We celebrate all types of skills and backgrounds at Canva so even if you don't feel like your skills quite match what's listed above - we still want to hear from you!
