About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing and Brand Lead to take ownership of the marketing division across multiple FMCG brands. Reporting to the Operations Manager and CEO, this is a unique opportunity for a generalist marketer to take the initiative, lead strategic efforts, and drive brand growth.
The ideal candidate will bring broad marketing experience, a proactive mindset, and the willingness to step outside of their remit when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and executive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth across the portfolio
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc)
Explore brand partnership and collaboration opportunities to elevate the brands and increase market share
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
Engage with media outlets and manager influencer relationships
Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor best practices
Analyse and report marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns
Manage Public relations activities and develop compelling content for press releases and other external communications
Support the wider team with strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
About You
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in budget management and strategic planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with public relations and copywriting is advantageous
