About the Role: As a Brand Manager reporting to the Senior Brand Manager TENA, you will play a crucial role in driving the brand's success. You will utilize consumer and category insights to meet unmet needs and support the development and execution of brand strategies. This role is designed to be flexible, adapting to changing business needs while focusing on key responsibilities that drive our brand forward.
Our role offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities in new product development (NPD), media, brand management, and retail execution across all channels. In a rapidly growing category, this is an exciting opportunity to modernize the brand image and expand into new digital channels.

Brand Strategy: Support brand and category plans for TENA in ANZ to drive brand health and market share.
Conduct annual brand audits and leverage consumer/category data for insights.
Oversee ad hoc research projects and identify growth opportunities.
Innovation Strategy: Drive New Product Development (NPD) from concept to execution, contributing insights and managing specific projects.
Provide insights and data to support business cases and ensure timely NPD delivery.
Collaborate with teams and agencies to execute TENA's communication strategy across all channels.
Develop media plans and assets, manage digital activities, and support trade marketing.
Commercial Performance: Meet sales (NSV) and EBITA targets, and lead Retailer Reviews to foster growth.
Manage the TENA A&P and OPEX budget with accuracy.
Organisational Leadership: Build cross-functional relationships, champion brand strategy, and advocate for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate professionalism, showing potential as a future Senior Brand Manager.
Who You Are: With over 3 years as a Brand Manager in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, you are a confident communicator and skilled in stakeholder management. You collaborate effectively with team members and senior leaders, leveraging your project management expertise to ensure on-time delivery. You also bring:
Degree in Marketing or equivalent field
FMCG experience, including end-to-end NPD and strategic thinking
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Knowledge of traditional and emerging media channels
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Data-driven with experience in Aztec, IRI, or similar databases; SAP/ERP familiarity preferred
Strong communication skills with leadership potential
Adaptable, hands-on team player with decision-making capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing, 'blue-collar' environment
