We're open minded and want to learnThe Opportunity:As our Brand Manager for Linley Valley Pork, you will work closely with the Group Manager - Marketing and the wider Marketing/New Product Development Team in the development of the pork portfolio.You will be responsible for:Assess opportunities and future trends by leveraging consumer research, collaborating with functional experts and strong analytics in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas.Manage alignment with domestic and export markets on the brand growth plans on an annual basis.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop new initiatives and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive business objectives.Drive commercialisation of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions.Drive the range review process with major retailers in line with driving category volume and value.Work collaboratively with external agencies to achieve the business goals.About you:You will be able to demonstrate the following:Minimum 5 years sales and/or marketing experience in FMCG environmentConsumer Brand management experience with a focus on consumer insightsSuperior relationship building skills and senior stakeholder management are essentialCompetitive Pay:
