Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Full time Andi-Co Australia is a family-owned importer and distributor of premium European and soon to be US appliances for household and professional applications across Australia, since 1982.
Providing Australia with Falcon range cookers from the UK, custom-made La Cornue range cookers from France and Liebherr refrigeration (residential and professional) from Germany, we provide top of the range appliances and service to our customers. New brands from Europe and the US will be launching soon.
To support our growing structure and strategic growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our passionate and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity, and one that will be integral to the management of current products and the bringing to market of new products.
As a Brand Manager, you will champion the consumer throughout the business and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver insight-led brand and product plans. You will be responsible for successfully launching new international brands to market and/or driving growth in existing brands.
About the Role: Reporting to our Head of Marketing and Product, the key responsibilities of this position will include:
Brand Strategy & Planning: Deliver brand and product plans aligned with business strategies, focusing on consumer needs, market trends, and business goals.Product Management: Oversee product lifecycle management, including range reviews, new product recommendations, and end-of-life processes.Consumer Insights: Act as the voice of the consumer, staying informed about market trends, brand health, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.Marketing Collaboration: Develop marketing plans to support product launches and brand initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution.Promotional Planning: Manage the marketing and promotional calendar, ensuring activities align with brand objectives and delivering post-campaign performance reports.Go-To-Market: Lead GTM planning and delivery for your brands, including being the lead point of contact with international brand counterparts for product and marketing.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet compliance requirements and adhere to agreed-upon specifications and finishes.Training & Communication: Provide product training for internal stakeholders and manage technical documentation for both internal and external audiences.Budget Management: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to oversee the brand marketing budget effectively.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize sales, margin, and market analysis to inform product strategies and business cases for new product introductions.Technical Oversight: Support the creation and dissemination of technical files, bulletins, and manuals, ensuring accessibility and accuracy across platforms.About You: At least 5+ years experience in brand and product management, ideally in the electrical appliance industry.Consumer-centric, commercially astute, and results-oriented.Demonstrated experience in establishing brands and driving sustainable growth.Demonstrated experience in managing successful marketing campaigns through all channels.Highly effective cross-functional team management experience.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail.Data analytics, reporting, and presentation skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.Demonstrated experience in streamlining product management processes to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency.If you are a motivated professional with a passion for branding and a knack for strategy and execution, we want to hear from you.
