Residential Battery Marketing SpecialistResponsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote residential battery products. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Define target audiences and develop segmentation strategies.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, events, and partnerships. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, videos, blog posts, and case studies. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.Product Launches: Coordinate product launches and promotional activities. Develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.Partnerships and Events: Identify and establish partnerships with industry influencers, trade associations, and other relevant organizations. Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.Customer Engagement: Develop and implement customer engagement programs to build brand loyalty and advocacy. Manage customer feedback and work with the product team to address issues and improve offerings.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on budget performance and make adjustments as needed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or residential battery industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Passion for renewable energy and sustainability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
