Position Overview Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will take the lead in developing and executing national marketing campaigns while supporting local area marketing strategies.
This role is pivotal in maintaining brand consistency, driving franchisee success, and forging innovative partnerships that enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities National Campaigns Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar, including promotions, launches, and campaigns.
Manage creative briefs for in-store, digital, and Centre Management marketing assets.
Oversee relationships with creative agencies and Centre Management teams.
Analyse campaign performance and optimise initiatives based on data.
Local Area Marketing (LAM) Develop localised marketing strategies and resources for franchisees.
Provide guidance to franchise partners on executing local promotions.
Align regional marketing activities with national campaigns.
Partnerships & Collaborations Secure and manage strategic brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.
Lead co-branded initiatives and limited-edition product launches.
Execute partnership activations and measure their success.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of marketing or brand experience, preferably in QSR or franchising.
Expertise in project management and stakeholder communication.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
