About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join the team and take ownership of a key portfolio within the leading portfolio.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll manage 1-2 brands across ANZ, driving strategic initiatives and spearheading innovation projects.
Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end portfolio management, including P&L ownership and strategic packaging projects.Drive new product development (NPD) and innovation to meet emerging consumer trends.Develop and execute brand growth strategies, focusing on sustainability and value creation.Utilise consumer insights to craft campaigns and initiatives that resonate with key audiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, category management, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless execution.This role offers the chance to build on existing success while innovating and driving the future direction of the brand in line with the company's ambitious 2030 vision.

About you
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on marketer with experience in FMCG or the food manufacturing industry.
You thrive on taking ownership and delivering results.
Your background and skills:Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager, ideally within FMCG or food sectors.Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in NPD, campaign development, and communications.Exceptional ability to analyse consumer behaviour and translate insights into actionable strategies.Adept at managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally.A forward-thinker with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving innovation.If you're adaptable, collaborative, and ready to make an impact within a fast-paced and evolving environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
