Sanulac Nutritionals Australia is owned and operated by the Lactalis Group which is the world's largest dairy company. We distribute a quality range of nutrition products under the Alula Brand, scientifically designed to help meet the needs of infants and young children.
While our products are sold through FMCG channels our marketing covers a wide audience including Health Care Professionals (HCPs). This role will be responsible for delivering marketing collateral that will meet the needs of HCPs. You will also have the support of our global marketing team based in France.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:
In conjunction with the Country Manager, lead market analysis, strategic planning, budget development and HCP marketing plan preparation to achieve annual sales, profitability and market share targets. Analysing financial performance of the brand portfolio, identifying opportunities and risks. Develop annual HCP marketing/portfolio plan (4Ps) to drive brand growth via HCP recommendations. Execute HCP marketing cycle plan in conjunction with Sales and Regulatory teams. Identify and evaluate opportunities for NPD and lead the project management from concept through to execution and post launch monitoring. Identify insights and trends and apply these across brand and portfolio strategy in communications for HCP and Pharmacy channels. Provide clear, succinct briefs to agency partners to deliver strong plans to enhance our position in the HCP market. Champion the brand among external and internal stakeholders. Foster relationships with key HCP influencers, opinion leaders and target customer groups. Support the medical field sales team with development of marketing materials. Co-ordinate the implementation of marketing conferences/events where required to drive visibility of Alula with HCPs. Work closely with HQ and global marketing teams to promote cross-boarding learnings and innovation. About you
We are seeking a candidate with a tertiary qualification in Business, preferably majoring in Marketing who is results driven with a passion for winning. You will be a strong and effective communicator with experience in marketing to HCPs.
You will have:
Strong project management skills and budget management. The ability to think strategically. Experience in managing the development and execution of expert/HCP connections and media. Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver expert communications. Excellent financial and analytical capability to analyse, measure and track relevant KPIs. Ability to build strong internal (local and global) and external stakeholder networks. Ability to develop initiatives and can work independently and collaboratively. Have strong understanding and demonstrable experience of the marketing mix to positively impact brand and commercial outcomes.
