Brand Manager – Foodservice

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand across foodservice distributors, quick service restaurants (QSR), key corporate accounts, cinemas, stadiums, and other commercial venues.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead and manage NPD projects, brand activations, and promotional campaigns within the commercial channel.
Develop and prepare portfolio plans, analyse key market data, and provide insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive trade promotions, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
Track and manage the commercial marketing budget, providing accurate forecasts and financial insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand ambassadors, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Evaluate competitor strategies and implement plans to ensure Bulla's competitiveness in the market.
Ensure timely updates for the Bulla commercial channel website and monitor the effectiveness of PR and communication programs.
You will have: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly within the foodservice, QSR, or food & beverage industries.
Proven experience in trade activations, promotions, and new product development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in complex market data.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement.
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and flexibility for occasional interstate travel.
