As the Brand Engagement Specialist , you'll playa critical role in our team, handling requests from across theorganisation and ensuring timely, on-brand execution. You will helpshape our story, contribute and deliver on marketing strategies,advertising campaigns, event management and amplify our impactacross the WA community.
You will bring your passion for all things marketing, with keyduties including;
Plan, develop, and review engaging on-brand content forvarious channels, including company website, social media, EDM,and corporate publications. Play an active role in planning and executing medium-scaleinternal and external events, including company staff awardceremonies and attendance at industry expos. Develop, execute and implement high-quality marketingcampaigns across multiple channels. Provide specialist brand and marketing advice to internalstakeholders. Work closely with the Brand Engagement Manager to providemarketing, communications, public relations and event supportas required. What's required? Qualification in Communications, Marketing, PublicRelations, Digital Marketing or similar and experience in asimilar role. Experience delivering a range of marketing activities andcampaigns, from concept to completion. Experience working with a range of marketing systems andplatforms, including WordPress CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud(mainly InDesign), Canva, Campaign Automation & Emailmarketing tools (ideally ClickDimensions), social mediaschedulers, advertising and analytic platforms (Meta, LinkedIn,Google). Experience running or supporting medium-scaleorganisational events. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillswith the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear andrelatable messages for diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver onprojects with competing deadlines. Ability to work within a team environment andautonomously. Experience working in the not-for-profit or disabilitysector desired by not essential. What's in it for you?
