Job Description The Brand Content Strategy Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing the content strategy for Brambles and its portfolio of brands across all platforms ensuring it aligns with our company's vision and resonates across our audiences (customers, colleagues, investors and other market stakeholders). The Brand Content Strategy Manager co-creates with cross-functional teams and external agencies, leads brand content creation efforts and shapes our brand's voice.
Strengthen both the CHEP and Brambles brands, clarifying how they interact by developing and executing comprehensive content strategy. Driving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through strategic content marketing. Drive regional teams and external partners to fix the day-to-day issues, through a combination of process/governance, awareness and capability-building about the importance of our brand, and targeted work to resolve all gaps/challenges. Optimising content for search engine optimisation (SEO) and ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing initiatives, product launches and thought leadership. Experience / Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or other related field. Knowledge of content marketing trends, audience segmentation and persona development. Digital marketing skills such as search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media marketing. Data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in using marketing tools such as social media analytics, brand voice and writing tools, Semrush. Understanding website design and development. Knowledge of consumer behavior and trends. Ability to track and measure Brand Performance Indicators. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web design best practices. Preferred Education Bachelors - Marketing
