The Role: As our Community Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our customer interactions. From providing exceptional eCommerce customer service to growing our Loyalty Program and engaging with our community on social media, you'll play a crucial role in making sure our customers feel valued and a sense of joy! Key Responsibilities: eCommerce Customer Service: Lead and support a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service across email, chat, and social media. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to your team, helping them embody the Olli Ella spirit in every customer interaction. Monitor team performance and customer feedback, implementing improvements to enhance our service standards and keep our customers delighted. Social Media Community Engagement: Lead and manage interactions on social media, responding to comments, messages, and mentions with warmth and enthusiasm. Spread joy in all interactions! Engage with our community in creative & meaningful ways. Work closely with the marketing team with content planning and launches. Manage third-party review platforms and reply accordingly. Loyalty Program Management: Nurture and grow our Yotpo Loyalty Program, delighting customers with thoughtful rewards and experiences. Monitor key program metrics and use insights to improve our loyalty program. What You Bring: Experience in customer service, community management, or social media, especially within eCommerce. A genuine passion for building connections and delivering joyful experiences. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to connect with people in a considered and authentic way. Experience with eCom platforms; Shopify, Dear, Gorgias, socials.
