From providing exceptional eCommerce customer service to growing our Loyalty Program and engaging with our community on social media, you'll play a crucial role in making sure our customers feel valued and a sense of joy! If you're warm, communicative, and love building connections, this could be the perfect fit for you!Key Responsibilities:eCommerce Customer Service:Lead and support a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service across email, chat, and social media.Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to your team, helping them embody the Olli Ella spirit in every customer interaction.Monitor team performance and customer feedback, implementing improvements to enhance our service standards and keep our customers delighted.Social Media Community Engagement:Lead and manage interactions on social media, responding to comments, messages, and mentions with warmth and enthusiasm.
