Through our Change AREgenda we drive meaningful and positive change for women.About the roleThe Brand & Communications Manager (10-month parental leave cover) plays a critical role in building our omnichannel brands. This role is responsible for developing strategies grounded in data and insight and implementing integrated marketing plans that will strengthen our brands, while enhancing Are Media's reputation as the go-to destination for quality content and experiences.DutiesPartner with the Head of Brand & Communications to create and execute a comprehensive strategy that builds brand equity, grows audiences and drives revenue across our Luxury & Homes portfolios.Work closely with the Editors and Brand Managers in our Content team to develop clear brand positioning and distinctive plans that resonate with consumers and clients.Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our owned, earned and paid channels to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement and build brand loyalty.Develop and manage public relations and external communications strategies, including issue management plans, if required to maintain authority and trust.Conduct thorough post-campaign analyses to measure effectiveness, identify key learnings and drive continuous improvement.Skills and experienceProven expertise in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, audience engagement, and brand equity across multiple channels.Experience managing cross-channel marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, with a track record of delivering measurable results aligned with business objectives.Strong ability to analyse market trends, consumer insights and performance data to optimise strategies, refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.Familiarity with digital marketing tactics that can enhance brand campaigns, especially across social media and online platforms.Excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams, to align on brand positioning and messaging.Proficiency in managing multiple projects, timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery of brand and communications initiatives.Are Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
