The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a Supply Planning Coordinator to join our Licensed Brand team based at our Richmond Support Office!
Reporting directly to the Supply Planning Manager, this role will assist the Licensed Brands in maintaining exhilarating product and experiences for our valued customers.
This role reports to the Supply Planning Manager and is responsible for selected critical path task management relating to seasonal ranging, sample management and product maintenance.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Set up, maintain and manage showrooms and coordinate our in-house sample management across Licensed Brands.
Set up product and ranges in AP21 system seasonally and follow through to ensure all data required is updated.
Assisting Supply Planning manager in keying and confirming orders with suppliers through to processing to shipment stage.
Assist with monitoring PO tracking with Planning to ensure on time delivery as well as updating and the ability to communicate changes accordingly.
Be the point of contact and support for Licensed Brands suppliers by providing product information and responding to any order inquiries with a sense of urgency.
Maintain carry over styles pricing and season updates in line with new season cut over.
Maintain and confirm all pricing is accurately set up in all internal systems ensuring accurate invoicing.
Arrange and track the samples that are sent out to agents nationwide.
Provide APN/EAN, Pricing and confirmed quantities to suppliers to ensure orders are raised accurately.
Highlight and advise suppliers of any order inaccuracies in a timely manner to ensure they are rectified accordingly.
Workload priorities – Whilst many tasks are planned out there will be ad hoc workload that will need to be prioritised to achieve deadlines.
Who to, and when to escalate any potential issues internally and externally.
Other ad hoc brand support tasks, for example, assisting in new store launches and brand events where required.
The skills and experience you offer us:
Strong analytical skills.
Accurate data entry skills along with great attention to detail.
Confident with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (as well as the ability to pick-up new systems with ease - AP21).
The ability to coordinate many tasks at once and multitask.
