Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Full time About Us: At Police Health Ltd, we are dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of police and emergency service members.
We are looking for an experienced Brand & Campaigns Manager to join our team and help enhance our reputation and public image.
Position Overview: Reporting to the General Manager of Brand & Growth, you will lead a small team in maintaining and building our brand's reputation.
Your expertise will drive the development and execution of strategic campaigns aimed at increasing member engagement and contributing to our overall growth.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the custodian of the Police Health brand, implementing and managing brand strategies and collateral.
Develop and deploy innovative campaign strategies to boost brand awareness and generate new membership enquiries.
Manage key brand and marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee lead-generating campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI.
Foster a high-performing team culture, providing leadership and development opportunities.
Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record in lead generation and business growth.
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and CRM systems.
Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
