As a brand that transcends boundaries and trends, Skechers has become synonymous with fashion-forward and comfortable footwear.About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity to join our Skechers team as a Brand Assistant - Wholesale. Your responsibilities will be to deliver strong operations for our wholesale brands to support profitable sales of our brands to our wholesale customers. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based out of our state-of-art offices in Cremorne, VIC.Your key responsibilities include:Deliver Key Operational objectives for the Wholesale business.Support the Wholesale Brand Managers and wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.Assist with the execution of the brand costings and product set up process from start to finish.Assist with sourcing assets, creating drafts and proofing the brand catalogues.Assist with ordering samples from principals. Upon arrival arrange for upkeep, packing lists and dispatch to the sales team/customers as required, and in turn drive the sample returns to the relevant parties.Assist with running key stock reports i.e. Clearance, Free Stock, SKU Count, Free Later and other Ad Hoc reports. Do so with the view that driving this will result in faster sales to customers increasing profitability.Attend all Brand Range Releases, Conferences, Weekly Sales Meetings and relevant operations and brand communications as required.Assist with Weekly Sell Through Reports, Key Account Line Lists/Reports/Information and Brand/Product reports per sell as required.Own the upkeep of the Sales Calendar whilst ensuring clear communication to the Wholesale team and wider Accent business.To be successful you will have:Excel skills is a must. Advanced skills are required.Adobe Acrobat proficiency.AP21 (Preferred but not essential).Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.Critical thinking and Problem-solving skills.At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
