You're a talented and driven Brand & Product Manager with a comprehensive background in the wellness and health industries, reporting directly into the Director of Brand Portfolio. You willbe the driving force behind our brands and products, leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our brands and products achieve business objectives, tapping into and pioneering new categories that excite our audience (core and new). As an out-of-the-box thinker, you have a finger on the pulse that informs your decision making and produce cut-through marketing with an integrated 360 approach.

You creatively analyse and solve problems utilising exceptional communication skills to synthesise data, market trends, and customer insights, aligning technical feasibility with clear business objectives. You areable to juggle competing deadlines and projects, ensuring timely delivery, while your good taste and aesthetic obsession drive product innovation and optimisation. Your entrepreneurial spirit seeks to exceed consumer expectations, continually inspiring your team to produce NPDs that captivate the market and act as a catalyst for brand growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Product Strategy Execution: Execute the brand & product strategy, including defining product roadmaps, features, and priorities based on market needs and business goals.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, packaging, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with stakeholders. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Utilise insights to inform product decisions and strategies. Product Development: Drive the product development process, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality products. Define product requirements, specifications, and timelines. Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, pricing, and marketing collateral. Ensure successful product launches and early adoption. End-to-end management of key brand, product, and NPD launches. Product Performance and Optimization: Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics. Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize product offerings, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates on product performance, strategy, and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders.Product Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes. Communicate product updates and changes to relevant stakeholders. Customer Focus:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviours. Leverage customer insights to drive product enhancements and innovations. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Contribute to continuous learning and improvement within the brand management team. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in brand & product management, preferably in wellness and health industries (minimum 3 years). Previous experience in integrated marketing, e-commerce, digital and/or social is favourable. Collaborative and positive attitude with an ability to work autonomously as required. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to balance technical feasibility, customer desirability, and business viability in product decision-making. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver products in market OTIF. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges. Passion for delivering exceptional products and experiences that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Proactive curiosity about the world, trends and up to date news with a particular passion for health, wellness and beauty is a plus. Proficiency in brand management methodologies and tools. To be eligible to apply you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status
