Job DescriptionReach Further with Us! As the Brand and Design Lead, you will support the organisation to deliver key strategic and organisational objectives by ensuring positive brand awareness that reflects our vision, purpose, and values.
You will lead brand strategy and visual identity projects, develop style guides, brand guidelines, and vision, as well as the brand value proposition for the organisation.
Your flair for creativity will shine through your design concepts for various campaigns, activations, events, and advertising, as well as in your visual direction and styling of digital content, merchandise, physical spaces, and print collaterals.
Your research skills will be put to good use when conducting market research to keep up to date with trends and inform future brand direction.
This is an exciting role that will have you juggling a variety of tasks and projects.

This is a max term full-time contract and parental leave cover until 31 October 2025; the role is based in East Perth.
Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you bring To achieve success in the role, you will have:
A degree in Design, Interactive Design, Visual Studies/Communications, or another design-related field and/or relevant experience.Experience designing online marketing and advertising materials.Several years' experience in graphic design at a senior level working within a marketing, advertising, agency, or in-house environment.Excellent people and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, delivering quality outcomes on time and on budget.Highly efficient team player who thrives in challenging working environments.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
Fluent in MS Suite including PowerPoint and Word.
Advanced level in Canva.Knowledge of digital optimization across screen sizes and devices.
Capable in producing video, editing, and recording audio with studio-level kit.Ability to present concepts and designs to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner and manage project feedback and flow.Strong portfolio of conceptual work that demonstrates deep expertise in UX/interface/web design/strategy and additional expertise across print, typography, and iconography.Proven ability to prioritize and deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines.The successful candidate must also possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Driver's Licence.
