About the Role Hastings Deering is looking for a Brand and Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the biggest brands in the Construction and Mining Equipment industries.
In this position, you will support the Marketing Strategy Manager and the wider marketing team in developing and delivering channel marketing activities, brand and other marketing campaigns and initiatives to deliver on marketing objectives. Experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, e-commerce acquisition and retention activities are essential.
You will work closely with a broad variety of stakeholders, across all levels of the company; strong communication and ability to build lasting relationships will be fundamental to your success.

Experience working in a large organisation with multiple customer touchpoints. Strong stakeholder management skills. Understanding of the digital customer journey. Understanding of the foundations of branding. Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years marketing experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives. Exceptional level of attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
