About The Role If you have the natural ability to engage with people from all backgrounds and influence, the Brand Ambassador position is for you!
The role of our Brand Ambassador is to assist DIY consumers through their paint purchasing journey at Bunnings stores in Carseldine, QLD, while ensuring they are purchasing the correct Dulux product to effectively achieve the best results. You will need to be confident to proactively engage with our customers, so you are able to understand their needs and offer great advice.
This position will see you working Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 2pm. You will ultimately work these days 7-8 weeks at a time, and this will reoccur 3 – 4 times a year.
Responsibilities Developing and maintaining key relationshipsIncrease sales of Dulux product in each of the trial storesProvide outstanding customer serviceConfidently explain the benefits of our products to consumers.Skills & Experience Be enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave excellent customer service skills (retail and hardware experience will be well regarded)Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicleBe able to show initiative and problem solve.Results orientated with a positive attitudeRetail sales or merchandising experience will also be regardedWhy DuluxGroup?
