Lion is on the hunt for a talented hospitality professional to be our first-ever Kirin Ichiban Brand Ambassador on a casual25-hour-per-week basis with a flexible working schedule! This is a perfect role for an experienced hospitality professional ready to take their career to new heights! As a Brand Ambassador for Kirin Ichiban, you will OWN a newly defined patch focusing on the RECA channel in Sydney. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with the Brand team, you will be exposed to sales, engagement, brand advocacy, merchandising, experiential events, and promotional sampling execution! You will deliver targeted outcomes in both the on-premises and restaurant channels, so you will be an adept communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of personal drive and demonstrate knowledge and passion for this iconic brand! What are we looking for? Significant understanding and knowledge of the Bar & Restaurant Industry environment. Deep passion or understanding of the Japanese culture Strong business acumen and proven negotiation skills Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills Personal drive and the capacity to operate autonomously. Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle (petrol and parking costs will be reimbursed). Must have your own ABN number. In addition to an hourly rate, this position also offers an uncapped commission structure, empowering you to own your success and drive the brand's growth in this channel.
