About the Role As the Branch Sales Manager, you'll drive sales growth and branch success through exceptional leadership. You will oversee daily operations, set and achieve sales targets, and manage customer relationships, team HR needs, and warehouse functions. With your sales expertise, you'll foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed daily and monthly branch performance targetsLead and inspire a diverse team of dedicated professionals to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer serviceManage team HR requirements, including OHS/WHS complianceIdentify opportunities to advance and implement training programs that support team developmentBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key customer accountsDrive sales growth through application of strategic initiatives, effective resource allocation, and pipeline managementOversee warehouse operations, ensuring optimal efficiency whilst seeking opportunity for process improvementContinuously improve processes and systems to enhance branch performanceAbout You Proven experience (5+ years) in leadership roles, ideally in sales or operationsStrong track record in meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantageConstruction industry experience (desirable but not essential)A genuine passion for sales, people management, and process improvementWhy Join?
