The Role As Branch Manager , you'll oversee day-to-day branch operations while leading a sales team.
You will:
Manage and inspire the branch sales team to meet and exceed goals Drive the branch's overall performance and growth Build lasting relationships with clients and partners Coordinate stock ordering from other branches and suppliers Support internal and external sales efforts Provide estimates, quotes, and ensure exceptional customer service Base salary of $90k-$100k (negotiable based on experience) Option for a company vehicle and/or fuel card Be part of a collaborative and innovative company culture Leadership role with career progression opportunities Join a respected national brand with a strong market presence What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Internal Sales, Counter Sales, or in Customer Service Background in Hardware, Trade Wholesale, Electronic Security, or Electrical Wholesale (highly regarded) Strong interest and knowledge in technology and electronics Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and leadership Location This position is based in Nerang, Gold Coast, QLD .
