The Nerang branch on the Gold Coast is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to help drive our success.
The Role As Branch Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day branch operations while leading a sales team.
You will:
Manage and inspire the branch sales team to meet and exceed goalsDrive the branch's overall performance and growthBuild lasting relationships with clients and partnersCoordinate stock ordering from other branches and suppliersSupport internal and external sales effortsProvide estimates, quotes, and ensure exceptional customer service Benefits Base salary of $90k-$100k (negotiable based on experience)Option for a company vehicle and/or fuel cardBe part of a collaborative and innovative company cultureLeadership role with career progression opportunitiesJoin a respected national brand with a strong market presence What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Internal Sales, Counter Sales, or in Customer ServiceBackground in Hardware, Trade Wholesale, Electronic Security, or Electrical Wholesale (highly regarded)Strong interest and knowledge in technology and electronicsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and leadership Location This position is based in Nerang, Gold Coast, QLD.
