The founders of the organisation are all about investing in their people, partners and communities to make a positive and sustainable contribution to Australia.Our people live and breathe the Dahlsens Values daily: Take Responsibility, Grow Together, Everyone Contributes.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Truss & Frame Branch Manager of our manufacturing plant will lead, coach and mentor a group of highly skilled individuals across the plant, including our administration, design, production, yard and logistics teams.
Your focus will be to ensure that the heart of the operation, which is the truss and frame production, is operating to high standards to meet customer schedules.
You will ensure delivery schedules are met and exceeded daily and your customers are always kept informed regarding their delivery status.You will report directly to the Regional Manager who will provide support, coaching and mentoring to see you grow the business to its full potential.
Relationship building and keeping those relationships alive is pivotal to this role.
