About the job
Due to some staffing movements within the group, we are looking to speak with experienced Branch Managers or dealership experienced Managers to lead the team at our client's top performing Truck dealership in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
You will be leading a team of around 50 staff at the branch and be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the branch, profitability and growth.
The ideal candidate will be operationally focused and results driven, who has a keen eye for growth strategies as well as management and leadership skills.

Ideally you will have:Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a teamPrevious experience in trucks, automotive or other equipmentExperience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDevotion to customer satisfaction and service requirementsStrong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management SystemsPrevious exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position.
Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. You will receive a generous salary, fully maintained vehicle, as well as the opportunity to establish yourself with some of the best brands the transport industry has to offer.
In return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package, including a base salary of around $165k - $180k plus superannuation, car allowance, and performance-based incentives.
Total package will be around c. $240k - $250k OTE.
