About your new role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially astute manager to join our team in Pinkenba. Fresh off a complete renovation, including a new showroom and improved warehouse, there has never been a better time to take the lead at our Pinkenba branch.
Reporting directly to our Regional Manager, the main focus of the role is to lead sales growth of the existing client base as well as introducing the business to new supply opportunities whilst promoting a range of services and products that we have on offer.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of both sales and warehouse team membersEnsuring all set budgets are achievedManaging customer relationshipsSourcing new business opportunitiesOverseeing sales and distribution activitiesWorking collaboratively with our business development team to win opportunities as they are presentedCreate a best in market experience for our trade counterThis is an excellent opportunity to obtain a full-time secure position with a company that values its team members and offers a supportive working environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, planning and organisational skills.
Previous management experience and an understanding of sales and P&L management within the fastener industry, industrial supplies industry and/or construction industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
