Lead a team to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs; Identify and implement innovative operational improvements; Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities; Recruitment, induction and training of new team members; Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums; Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports; Drive an engaging workplace culture. The successful candidate will have: Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing ; Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA ; Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance; Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation ; A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
