Leading by example, you will support your team by motivating and coaching to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes. You will continue to develop your multidisciplinary team and provide encouragement in an inclusive and collaborative space.

Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service;
Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
Recruitment, induction, and training of new team members;
Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
Drive an engaging workplace culture.
The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing;
Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance;
Ideally previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
