About the RoleAs a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for overall operation and performance of the branch including sales, maintaining service excellence and ensuring your branch is compliant with ANZ's policies and procedures.

What will your day look like?As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overall operation and performance of the branch including sales, maintaining service excellence and ensuring branch is compliant with ANZ's policies and procedures.

Business development and sales planning experience, preferably within the financial services industryLeadership experienceBusiness management experience and strong commercial acumenEffective communication and strong interpersonal and networking skillsHighly developed leadership skillsPrevious banking experience (ideally Retail network)Digital proficiency and your commitment to build strong customer engagement digitallyYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
